Work With Molly
Molly’s decades of experience as a registered dietitian, columnist and nutrition expert on local and national TV and radio are evident in her ability to connect with audiences, as she skillfully translates nutrition science into real-world information that they can immediately apply in their daily lives.
Speaker
A dynamic speaker, Molly has a relaxed, real-world approach to nutrition. An experienced dietitian, she effortlessly translates nutrition information into practical, easy-to-use advice with customized presentations tailored to suit specific audiences, ranging from busy executives to competitive athletes to stay-at-home moms.
Nutrition Counseling
Molly launched the nutrition program at Ochsner Fitness Center in New Orleans in 1999. Since then, she’s worked with thousands of clients ranging from people like you and me to elite, professional athletes. She’s learned what drives us, what motivates us and what derails even our best intentions. Having the ability to dial into these behaviors fuels her work and serves as the inspiration for all that she does.
Molly’s team of registered dietitians works closely with clients to achieve their wellness goals, whether they’re looking to get stronger, leaner, increase energy or improve their overall quality of life. Her team customizes their approach to fit any unique need and lifestyle; nutrition and lifestyle plans are intense enough to see results and maintain motivation, while also realistic as a sustainable lifestyle change.
Appointments are available onsite at Ochsner Fitness Center in Metairie and The Grove in Baton Rouge, or virtually.
“Our goal is to empower the community to live their strongest, healthiest lives by providing easy-to-access, real-world wellness education, inspiration and resources.”

Alcohol Free For 40
Alcohol Free For 40 is quite possibly one of the most rewarding events hosted by our Eat Fit team. The annual #AlcoholFreeFor40 Challenge gives us the opportunity to do our own little self-experiment, to see and feel the benefits of going alcohol-free, both inside and out. The Eat Fit team hosts pre- and post-challenge events to track labs and physical metrics for the community across six regions.
