Molly consults with food manufacturers in all stages of product research and development. Molly’s team of registered dietitians with Ochsner Eat Fit provide a comprehensive assessment of nutrition facts and allergen information for the culinary and food manufacturing industry. With pricing starting at $25 per recipe, their consulting team evaluates recipes using FDA-compliant nutrition analysis software and along with their team of experienced registered dietitians.
