Science-Backed Benefits | Annual Alcohol Free For 40 Challenge + Data: Since 2016, our Eat Fit team has hosted an annual Alcohol Free For 40 challenge, where we encourage participants to do their own self-experiment to fully experience the impact of going alcohol-free for 40 days, including a series of labs + physical metrics pre- and post-challenge. To make it easier for people, our team hosts these metrics onsite at multiple locations, with 600-700 coming through in person. The 3-year compilation of AFF40 before-and-after data is impressive; it’s currently under review for publication in peer-reviewed journal – the paper can be found in this preview portal while still under review.
